8th May 2011: We've been busy baking over the weekend! Adorable mini-cakes for sugary-sweet mums! Here's the third design:
English Rose mini-cake - handcrafted sugar roses on an ice-blue fondant-finished cake. This cake is simply gorgeous!
We were quite excited about making this because all the orders for this design are for 'Rose-Butter' flavoured cakes (i.e., 4 layers of butter cake with a slight hint of rosewater, with rosewater-vanilla buttercream filling). Here's the inside:

hi would you mind providing me with the recipe for this cake and buttercream. My daughter requested a rosewater cake for her birthday and i've tested a few recipes and they came out terrible. This cake actually looks perfect. Can you help me please?
