Pure Love Mother's Day cake

8th May 2011: We've been busy baking over the weekend! Adorable mini-cakes for sugary-sweet mums! Here's the second design:

Pure Love mini-cake - white luster sugar flowers with pearl cachous accent on white fondant-finished cake. This stunner is as elegant as the top tier of a glorious wedding cake!
