Neil turned 17 last Friday. Now, this guy really {and I say that again, REALLY} loves everything chocolate. So when his mum asked us to make a cake for him, we knew it would have to be a chocolate-y feast!
... CHOCOLATE through and through! He especially loves dark chocolate so we decided that a dark choc collar for the cake is the way to go. :p
